Honda has announced the 2025 version of its Pioneer 700 UTV with three trim levels to choose from and new color choices, each offered in two- and four-seat versions.

The Pioneer 700 is the midpoint between Honda’s lineup of recreational and utility UTVs, designed to work tough jobs in tight quarters.

“The Pioneer platform continues to prove its capability, everywhere from the job site to the trailhead,” says Colin Miller, assistant manager of public relations at American Honda. “The Pioneer 700 consistently punches above its weight classes, delivering workhorse performance that our customers rely on day in and day out. Plus, Honda's new partnership with TrueTimber presents a perfect opportunity to offer these machines with a fresh new aesthetic.”

All models are built with a 675cc liquid-cooled longitudinally mounted single-cylinder four-stroke engine. They have a three-speed transmission, and three driving modes: 2WD, 4WD, and 4WD with differential lock.

The UTVs have electronic power steering, with a 14.8 foot turning radius. The Pioneer 700 is mounted on independent double wishbone suspension, with 7.9 inches of travel in the front and 9.1 inches in the rear. The cargo dump bed has up to 1,000 pounds of capacity depending on configuration, and all models have a 1,500-pound towing capacity.

More than 70 accessories are available for the Pioneer 700, including a snowplow, glass windshield, and GPS.

Pioneer 700

The standard Pioneer 700 and four-seat model have updated components, and are the most value-oriented options in the line. The standard model is available in Honda’s Hero Red coloring. The Pioneer 700 starts at $12,499, and the 700-4 starts at $13,999. These models are available to order now.

Pioneer 700 Deluxe

The Pioneer 700 Deluxe has all of the same features as the standard model, with the addition of black aluminum wheels, in-bed 12 volt outlet, and dual bed lights. Electric power steering increases torque assist, optimizes handling, and has a “Return to Center” function to improve responsiveness and reduce steering effort. These models are available in Hero Red or Black Forest Green. The Pioneer 700 Deluxe starts at $14,099 and the 700-4 Deluxe starts at $15,599. Both models are available to order now.

Pioneer 700 Forest

The Pioneer 700 Forest is the top-of-the-line trim for the series, outfitted with the same accessories as the Deluxe model, along with an extended-coverage front bumper, a 4,500-pound Warn Winch, and additional under-dash storage. These models are available in TrueTimber Atera Camo. The Pioneer 700 Forest starts at $15,499, and is available to order now. The 700-4 Forest starts at $17,599 and will go on sale in June.
