Wilbur-Ellis Acquires Ag Services, Inc.

For the past 15 years, Ag Services, Inc. has provided listing services, dry fertilizer application, and liquid fertilizer delivery to its customers. The assets of the California-based company have been acquired by Wilbur-Ellis Company LLC. This purchase will enable Wilbur-Ellis to provide full-service fertilizer offerings in the Coachella Valley, which will essentially double its overall business in the area.

"We are excited about the addition of Ag Services' assets to Wilbur-Ellis," said Wilbur-Ellis Company area manager Doug Henry. "Until now, our fertilizer services were limited in this geography, and we're proud to now offer a full suite of services to our valued growers in the Coachella Valley."
