KC wheat is down 13¢. Minneapolis wheat is down 19¢. Bryant Sanderson, commodity broker with CHS Hedging, says outside markets pressured commodities today, including energy markets being lower and the Dow being down significantly. He says today December corn traded at its lowest level since October 2021 and the next level of support is at $4.60½. October livestock closed in the red. Live cattle are down 60¢. Lean hogs are down 95¢. Feeder cattle are down 43¢. Crude oil is down $1.51. S&P 500 futures are down 56 points. Dow futures are down 393 points. Yesterday the USDA Crop Progress report increased the good/excellent rating for corn by 2%, soybeans by 5%, and spring wheat by 1%. October livestock are mixed this morning. Live cattle are down 50¢.
