jelly bean nests

Add these beautiful treats to your Easter table or just make them to celebrate the arrival of spring! If you prefer chocolate to jelly beans, use chocolate-covered peanut candies for the "eggs" instead. Kids will enjoy making these with you!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Butter a 12-cup muffin tin.
  2. Combine marshmallows and butter in a saucepan over medium heat; stir until butter and marshmallows have melted. Stir in chow mein noodles; coat well. Butter your fingers, and press mixture into bottom and sides of prepared muffin tin. Refrigerate until firm. [From our kitchen: To ensure the candy "eggs" stay put, put them in the nests while the noodle mixture is still warm.] Makes 12 servings.
