Vehicle Specifications Agriculturalists and sportsmen alike will appreciate the whisper-quiet 50-hp., 812-cc EFI engine. The vehicle is also designed with vibration-reducing mounts to cut down on buzzing and harshness. The CVT drive system of the Prowler Pro is built to deliver smooth acceleration and deceleration. The Prowler Pro can tow up to 2,000 pounds. It has a 1,500-pound payload capacity and can carry up to 1,000 pounds in the 14.72-cubic-foot cargo box. Rutted fields or livestock yards can be conquered with the 26-inch Pro Terrain tires that come standard on the Prowler Pro. The UTV has 10 inches of front suspension travel and 9.5 inches in the rear. Ground clearance for the Prowler Pro is 10.75 inches. Storage and Operator Comfort The bench seat safely supports two passengers and the driver, but it can be rearranged to accommodate oversize cargo. The passenger seats may be removed and stored behind the driver's seat. Overall, the Prowler Pro has a storage capacity of 17.95 cubic feet. Behind-the-seat storage is easily accessible for gear like coats or tools. The glove box is a secure place for smaller tools, gloves, and electronics. The tilt steering wheel is also equipped with a column shifter, similar to a car or truck. Customizable speed control settings allow an owner to set a maximum speed between 25 and 50 mph to accommodate riders of different experience levels. For easy maintenance, the Prowler Pro is equipped with toolless service components and easy-access panels. The company completed more than 1,000 hours of testing on this UTV to ensure durability. Accessories and Upgrades More than 50 Textron Off Road accessories are compatible with the new Prowler Pro. They are designed to be easily installed. Cabs, plows, and lighting kits may be especially useful on the farm or ranch. A heater hit can make checking livestock or crops more comfortable in the cold months. The basic Prowler Pro has rack-and-pinion steering and 12-inch steel wheels. It is available in Marsh Green. The upgraded Prowler Pro XT has electronic power steering and larger 14-inch machined aluminum wheels. The XT model comes in two colors, Dynamic Charcoal or Fire Red.
