As of June 30, 3% of the soybeans in those 18 states were setting pods, which is ahead of the five-year average by 1 percentage point. Arkansas According to USDA, 43% of Arkansas’ soybeans were setting pods as of June 30, an increase of 18 percentage points from the week prior and the most reported in the country of top-producing states.
