Successful Farming's Editorial Guidelines Updated on December 7, 2023 Close Photo: Ag Leader Ag Leader has launched TurnPath, an automatic hands-free steering system for end-of-row turns. TurnPath is available now with a one-time unlock fee for farmers using Ag Leader’s InCommand cab display, and the SteadySteer or SteerCommand Z2 guidance systems. The new system was designed to fit seamlessly into a farmer’s operation. It takes advantage of Ag Leader’s existing boundary guidance feature, ensuring the same path is followed every pass. The InCommand display system has functions enabling communication between other Ag Leader displays in a farmer’s fleet, to share maps and information across machinery, including TurnPath data. “The combination of things a grower has to think about as he readies to and ultimately makes a turn at the end of a field can be stressful,” says Mans Vossebeld, product specialist for Ag Leader. “By automating the end-of-row turn, TurnPath gives a grower the ability to pay better attention to other tasks.” For more information about TurnPath and other products, visit AgLeader.com.
