CNH Industrial has signed an agreement to integrate One Smart Spray's spraying system into its agricultural machinery portfolio.

This system's integration will be led by the Raven Industries team, and will be commercially available on Case IH and New Holland agricultural equipment. This agreement will fast track enhancements to the equipment's precision and automated spraying capabilities.

One Smart Spray is a joint venture between Bosch and BASF, focused on providing high precision spraying. This technology uses multiple cameras installed on a sprayer's boom, with green-on-green and green-on-brown weed detection and selective spraying. The technology has a 95% application accuracy according to One Smart Spraying's website.

The precision tech is combined with digital tools and agronomic insights accessible on mobile devices. This provides users with in-depth weed maps, track input and cost savings, and generate automated reports and data. Farmers will also be able to set up their desired spraying operations both in day and night conditions.
