What You'll Need Equipment / Tools Glue Materials 2-inch diameter piping Matching elbows, tees, and couplers Instructions Read the instructions David Ekstrom Use 2-inch diameter piping and matching elbows, tees, and couplers to create the rack.Glue the three tees at the center of the rack together with 2-inch long lengths of pipe.Use upright pipes that are 24 inches tall.Join together the tees and elbows for the perimeter of the rack with 8-inch long pipe.When joining and glueing the tees for the upright pipes, make sure they are at a 90° angle.
